After the idea

After the idea

Ideas arrive quickly. What comes next is slower, less certain, and far more important.

After the Idea is an online mentorship service for creatives who want feedback, guidance, and critical dialogue on their work. It is a space for artists to develop projects, clarify thinking, and refine ideas through one-on-one consultations grounded in conversation, curatorial inquiry, and artistic research.

Emerging from the conversations, exhibitions, and experimental projects developed through House Limited—an artist-run platform dedicated to contemporary art and performance in South Asia—After the Idea extends that practice beyond exhibition-making into ongoing mentorship and development.

This is work in progress, in real time: a space for shaping ideas after the initial spark, where thinking is tested, refined, and brought into form.
