To write, a mechanism devised by man for his preservation. The act of writing and expression is the tool for the development of the self. Writing is a form of recording, the foremost right that one is born with. Over years we have transported our selves conveniently into a time where literature, text, arts and culture have started to be erased, books have been burnt, and effigies have been made and crucified, as an effort to control this medium of expression. We live in a civilization that censors. We adapt to the realties sketched out by the society and learn to live in a social bubble. The performance is an act of putting pen to the paper, just now when it needs to record that I am, it erases me off.
